Technical preview terms
These terms cover your use of Applet.one during the technical preview.
An early technical preview
Applet.one is a technical preview by Tavon GmbH, provided free of charge for experimentation. Expect bugs, breaking changes, and downtime. Features, limits, and access may change, and the preview may end.
Keep your own backups
Apps and data may be lost or deleted. Keep independent backups, and do not rely on Applet.one for production-critical work or store sensitive personal data, confidential information, or anything you cannot afford to lose.
You are responsible for your apps
You retain ownership of your code and content and allow us to host and run them to provide the service. Only upload content you have the right to use. Do not use the service for illegal activity, malware, spam, or abuse. We may suspend access or remove apps that put the service or others at risk.
No service guarantees
The preview is provided as is, without guarantees of availability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Tavon GmbH is not liable for losses arising from use of the preview. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or affect your mandatory statutory rights.
